White Rose Web Design does not sell, duplicate or refer your e-mail address, phone number or any other information to any other company for any reason, unless requested by you.

Your right to privacy is of high importance. For this reason while the site is under construction it can be viewed only by you the client, behind a custom password protection system. This way, you can view several steps of the construction process and request any changes as you see fit.

When you enter into an agreement with White Rose Web Design to build a site for you and release the finished site to you via disc, zip file, or uploaded to your existing hosting company, you the client, are responsible for the security and content of the site. You also agree to not hold White Rose Web Design liable, in any way, for any acts, additions, deletions or omissions by any account holders you may have or guests, including damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts, from the time of acknowlegement and release of the webiste to you the client.

When you enter into a maintenance contract with White Rose Web Design for the site built by White Rose Web Design, you agree to updates and changes made to the site as agreed upon via written email requests documenting the updates and changes to be made, by you, the client.

You, the client have the right to cancel your maintenance agreement and/or hosting agreement with White Rose Web Design anytime, giving 30 days of advance notice for the request to occur.

Notice:

White Rose Web Design does not service the adult entertainment or gambling industry and as such, will decline to bid on any site building, maintenance or hosting which would fall into that category.
